My Dentist and Dental Hygienist told me about Coenzyme 10. I used to have red, puffy, bleeding gums with 4.0 pockets. After using these twice daily and taking Vitamin C, Multi vitamins and brushing more and water flossing, my pockets are now mostly 1, 2 and in the back 3. No cavities and my gums are a healthy pink and never bleed. Since I do get some tartar buildup, I have my teeth sonic cleaned every 4 months. My Dental checkups are now amazing. Also, I have more energy since I've been taking these.

My labs have improved since adding this to my morning routine at the urging of my doctor. I have no problem swallowing the very large capsules, but if you have difficulty swallowing medication, I would recommend finding a smaller capsule. I take this supplement in the morning because they tend to make it difficult to sleep well.
