Good product but the only thing I hate about this product is that they could have atleast included one hdmi cable along with it (no hdmi cable came along), also when I connected my set of box with this device it automatically started without even power adapter, which I think is some technical issue

I had purchased a Tec Tavakkal 5 Port HDMI Switch 4K Ultra HD 3D HDMI Switcher 5 Input 1 Output 5X1 Switch on 30/05/2019. But unfortunately the device stopped working after a few days after installation. Whereas there is no such option provided by Amazon for claiming warranty. Therefore kindly let me know the procedure to claim the warranty for that device.

It doesn't work at times. Remote control is not functioning at all.

Worked good for initial 5 months after that remote has stopped working. No idea how to get it repaired....

I hooked this up to our Samsung Ultra 4K tv yesterday. This TV only comes with 3 HDMI ports and we had at least 5 HDMI devices that needed to be connected and I was getting tired of unplugging things and switching cables around, so I got this HDMI switch. It works great. It has one output (to the tv) and 5 inputs. Bear in mind that you will most likely have to switch your tv input to which ever HDMI port the switch's output is connected to in order to then use the switch to switch between connected devices. You can switch between connected devices by either pushing the button on top of the device, or you can use the included IR Remote, which makes it much easier. I'm very happy with this switch

It is superb working, no issues at all, recommended this 5 port hdmi switch, it is come with adapter and remote and Menual.
