I think this is a great alternative to just the resistance bands. It's a good device to have to just do a few workouts while watching TV or just sitting on the couch. It also comes with a helpful display of exercises you can do.I've suggested this product to people who are unable to go to the gym or workout because of a bad heart, as this really doesn't get your blood pressure up but you can definitely feel it working!

The bands on this device are very weak. They offer almost no resistance. These might be good for someone who is totally out of shape that has no strength.
