Upper Bounce® Trampoline Safety Enclosure Set of Net, Poles & Hardware

This set worked on my 15ft trampoline with 6 poles. Although I did have to hammer down the golden brackets a bit to fit the bolts because the poles gave them a bit more width. Would recommend.

I read tons of the reviews here and I purchased this anyways knowing what I was going to get. As many other reviews states, the u bolts are complete garbage, not even sure if they qualify as actual metal. At least half of mine we beyond hope for threading these wing nuts on. Wings nuts also are a complete joke to tighten something like these net poles, they really need to switch to real hardware like self locking nuts or something. Another complaint is that the u bolts aren't threaded enough to actually tighten all the way, even with the extra spacer. I ended up using most of my old u bolts from the original enclosure and got everything together rather easily, so definitely not a complete loss. I gave it three stars because of the rest of the kit, and if they would put some better quality hardware on the kit it would be 5.

I would like to attest to the quality of this product but as of today, September 9th, I am still missing parts from a product that arrived on August 19th. I have made 3 calls to the company about the clamps that did not arrive with the rest of my kit. First call was on August 19th, the first day I tried to install the net. After multiple inventory checks to insure that the pole attachment clamps were indeed missing, I called to have them sent. On August 24th, a package of clamps arrived but it only contained 6 of the required 12 which prompted another phone call. I was then insured that the remaining product was being shipped immediately. And here we are on September 9th, still missing the parts, yet another phone call with another promise of delivery.At this point it would have been easier to just go buy a whole new trampoline with a net from a local store. Probably the route we will go next time a next gets damaged by a storm.

This was a great purchase, even if it was not really made for our trampoline. The posts around the enclosure are good quality rigid aluminum and attach to the legs of the trampoline. Our trampoline is made slightly different and it's a little small, but covers 90% of the surface and does a good job of keeping our Grand kids from bouncing out on their heads.

Our insurance company told us we had to trash the trampoline or get a net. The net was way cheaper than a new trampoline and easy to install

I would like to thank u per bounce for making this. It seems you cannot buy a replacement net and poles anywhere else, which is ridiculous. My trampoline is not an upper bounce though, so it is not like the old net.Having said that, upper bounce has been great about shipping quickly and helping with the issues I'm having. I will update this again soon.

The metal used for the U bolts is poor quality steel and the threads stripped out after only HAND TIGHTENING. The actual netting seems very fragile and it's only a matter of time before I can see one of my kids flying through this thing. I suggest buying everything from home Depot and a separate net from another company and make your own frame. It will make you feel better about the construction.

Working really well! Read the descriptions, I almost bought the wrong one! Only time will tell how long it lasts. It has clips at the bottom so you don't "have to" lace up the bottom. I have older kids so no one is slipping through the small gap it leaves...smaller kids you might want to lace it up.
