Sometimes I use Berry, sometimes Cola or Citrus. Great for Workout Hydration !
I use this every day during my workouts. Sometimes post my workouts too. Way better than Gatorade (too much sugar in Gatorade!).The electrolytes in this product have helped relieve dizziness & muscle cramps during my workout which I experienced when I just drank water.Fast&Up Reload really helps me feel hydrated throughout the day.

Best ease of usage
While working-out, you need to keep sipping water to avoid dehydration. Mixing these is an excellent idea and also helps you continue well with your work-out.I bought individual flavors earlier, and confident to buy the whole package this time.
