They work, but....
I came across these because I knew something like this had to exist. Seems logical, right? Nearly every parent uses SOMETHING that this will fit on, and a spillproof-ish cap had to exist, right? Glad I got them. Gives a child the sense of being the “big kid” by allowing them to have what they want in something other than a sippy cup, plus kids love straws, right? Overall, very please with these things. They fit perfectly on Pediasure bottles, and are kind of spill proof. I say kind of because they give a child the opportunity to make a terrible mess, easily, but will protect against liquid just sloshing out and incidental tips. Now, be aware, be VERY aware, that should your child (or anyone else I guess), decide to tip a full bottle, it will flow with easy out of the straw all over whatever is in it’s path. It’s like putting a pour spout on a bottle of booze. It slightly reduces the flow of liquid, but doesn’t really do much to stop it. It also allows the straw to be easily withdrawn and waved around, so be aware of that as well. It’s a nice thing though. My kid loves getting the actual bottle to carry around and drink out of. They are durable so far, easy enough to clean, and do stop spills better than nothing.

They worked very well in the beginning but they didn't last very long. As long as they are not dropped or over tightened they work wonderfully. They seem to split around the top raised seam. Out of the six I have 2 that have not split. I still have 2 that are undamaged and I still use daily. I would still purchase again.

The Spill Spoiler Works!
I ordered a set of the regular Spill Spoiler caps at the same time as I ordered a set of the Sport caps. I am equally pleased with both, so this review mirrors my comments on the Sport caps.I drink nutritional drinks and energy drinks in the car and at home, and have a tendency to be a klutz and spill whatever I am drinking in the car and on the furniture. When I happened onto the Spill Spoiler ad, I ordered a set of the regular caps and a set of the Sport caps.Up-front, I will say I was very pleased to see a listing of the types and brands of bottles each cap fits. I didn’t have to wonder if the cap would fit my particular drink bottle.Upon receipt of the caps, I immediately tried them and found they do exactly what the ad says. Unscrew the drink’s regular cap, screw on the Spill Spoiler cap, stick in a straw, and you are ready to go. Pull out the straw and the hole closes and your drink doesn’t spill. At the end of the day (or whenever), just put the cap into the dishwasher and it is ready to go again.I am elated to have found the Spill Spoiler. Since I am not only klutzy, but also have been known to lose things, I am going to order another one or two sets of each cap. They work. I recommend them to anyone who drinks and spills things, and that is everyone.

BUYER BEWARE --- OLNY FIT REGULAR SMALL RIM BOTTLES NOT ANY WIDE RIMS LIKE PLAYTEX BOTTLES
BUYER BEWARE - - - I purchased this for the playtex bottles. This item does not fit the larger rims of playtex and many other larger rim bottlest. Very disapointed. I seem to find that it only fits regular bottle size. However, I researched again because it did state should fit playtex bottles but found: Spill Spoiler caps fit standard (not wide neck) baby bottles including Evenflo, Playtex, Dr. Brown’s, Gerber and many others. They also fit many 8-oz plastic bottles of Pediasure, Ensure, Glucerna and store-brand nutrition drinks. Since never playtex bottles are wide neck they should never have stated that it will fit. Since I do have still have brest pump bottle by MEDELA it'snot a total loss a they to fit the small rim bottles.

Awesome cap
These caps have been absolutely wonderful! My twin daughters are 16 months old and used sippy cups. With that being said a lot of milk and formula get wasted because the sippy cup can't empty the full cup. And then pour the remaining amount into a mini bottle and use one of these caps with a straw. Other times I will just immediately go to a 5 ounce bottle with one of these Caps. Because it is so much easier to drink with a straw the milk or formula gets consumed much quicker. My daughters are still at the age where they like to throw their cup on the floor from their highchair. These caps have a decent seal where the milk will not spill onto the floor when thrown, but I do not allow it to stay sideways for long. I do not use disposable straws. I use the silicone type straws that come inside straw type sippi cups. I have both Dr. Brown's and Madela standard bottles and they work great with both.

Good Product works as expected
Good Product works as expected, but I think they might be a little over priced or they should sell a combo back that includes all the different sized bottles. Now you have to buy 3 or 4 different sets to cover all the sized bottles of products. So it ends up costing like $40...

These caps are great!!
Spill Spoiler caps are so clever, yet so simple. I use them to keep my little one’s Pediasure in the bottle when he ‘accidentally’ knocks it over. Cleanup is easy, I just toss them into the dishwasher when he’s done with the bottle. And there’s no special straw to clean, just throw it away. I grab an extra straw when we’re at a restaurant and it works great. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a skinny straw or a fat one, no leaks! For those reviewers who complain they don’t fit juice bottles, read the info on the page. It says very clearly they fit baby bottles, there’s a picture showing what they fit, and the description says if you’re looking for a cap that fits sports drinks and juice bottles to get the Spill Spoiler Sport. Seems pretty clear to me. I have the Sport ones too, and they also work great!

Too big for anything but a bottle
I bought these hoping they would fit on things such as a McDonalds Kids Milk or Nesquik. These caps are so big that they would only fit on a bottle or maybe a senior-citizen nutrition drink as shown on the label. It shows a kid drinking but nothing I have tried will fit (and I took this to the grocery store to try and match it).Don't buy unless your preferred beverage is specifically listed-otherwise it will likely be too big.
