Very organized and easy to follow
I love the binding on this. Perfect to have at the gym. Love how organized it is and how easy it is to track both nutrition and fitness. I think it's great that within the first few pages they give information on nutrition and average calories used depending on activity and intensity. towards the end of the log book it gives a listing of common food and its caloric value. Overall very happy with the product.

I have ordered this diet and fitness journal several times in the past. I like the layout and the multi facets of information and the recording of info.

Very comprehensive.
I love the content inside as well as the size.The only drawback for me is that that the sticker on the cover can not be removed.

I wish we could buy the earlier version still
This book has such a great layout and is so functional. I have used it before and it was really easy to keep track of foods and exercise. The previous version was smaller, which made it easier to take everywhere... but I was cramming notes in everywhere because the space to write was so limited. I think they improved it by making it bigger. I think If there was a size in between the first one and this one, it would be perfect!Now let's talk about this cover. The last thing in the world I want to advertise to everyone is that I'm carrying a food journal. I'm not ashamed, but I don't want to talk to everyone that notices it... and I need to be a little more discreet than bright orange. The giant orange bar and wording used to just be a cardboard overlay - now it's actually part of the book and can't be removed. I LOVED that it was all black and didn't have the "look at me" vibe. I'm disappointed with this change. I will not buy this again because of the cover.The contents - it flows well, gives enough room to keep it concise and monitor progress. A great way to stay accountable. Easy to use... sometimes it feels repetitive since I'll eat the same meals 3 or 4 days in a row because of meal prepping. It's still nice to write it down as an actual check-in with how I am doing on that specific day.

Tips, information, excellent format, beautifully assembled in book form.
I’ve used these journals for years. I keep track of foods, exercise,vitamins/medications, weather,visits, travels and more. It’s the best and Amazon makes it easily available now that I have an iPhone!

Needs more flexibility
I'm horrible at keeping track of my food intake and exercise on a phone app, so I was looking for a journal to manually record the information. The journal allows the user to capture a lot of information, but in the end it wasn't working for me. As a diabetic, I really need to capture my carb / sugar intake as well as record my glucose test numbers. And while carbs can be captured, it gets lost in all the other data. There is a small section where you can write other notes, but it wasn't sufficient for my needs. I think in the end, this journal was just too detailed for me and didn't meet my needs. But I'd still recommend if you want to capture more data than I do.
