I was torn between multiple headsets after my astro's gave in. It was between a few different headsets and I've never used a HP product outside of laptops before. I'm honestly super impressed, they are the best sounding and most comfortable headset I've ever owned and I highly recommend them for the price.

Item is excellent. Very high quality sound from this headset. It is worth noting that the headset unit itself is very heavy compared to almost all other gaming headsets I have used. This was something I liked and did not find wearing it for sustained periods of time to be an issue at all. Very comfortable as well as stylish.

Bought this as my husbands Christmas present last year, 12 months later we are on our 7th set because a refund is apparently not an option. The headset is lovely to wear, and look nice however after 4-6 weeks of owning them they begin to crackle (to the point friends cannot hear what you are saying) and also the mute sticks on so you end up talking to yourself. The crackling is so loud it not only affects your use but your friends games and my husband has found he has had to leave games due to this. HP were good to begin with and sent out a replacement, after the third one they send out an ‘upgraded’ model. And we are now on the 7th set, a refund is no longer an option through Amazon and HP claim there is nothing they can do other than replace the headset again.

Excellent headset Very comfy and light Outstanding Sound

With every headset I've owned I have a major issue with my own bodyheat causing damage during long durations of use, the cooling feature hasn't disappointed and the fabric earcups allow much better ventilation and a comfortable fit.

These have to be some of the worst designed headphones -- Ever. 119£ For something that sounds worse than an 80£ set (Razer), lasts longer (if only because it was sat on my shelf unused) and still has paltry mic balancing (automatic spike reduction that you CANNOT!!! turn off) makes this a horrible purchase. DO NOT BUY. IT IS NOT WORTH THE ASKING PRICE. IT HAS POOR AUDIO QUALITY, POOR AUDIO BALANCING; AND A BAD MIC!

Ear cooling is great, sound is great, relatively comfortable however the microphone after only a few month crackles constantly when lowered, until someone tells me "what the hell is that noise", and i reset its position. Often it will go dead silent and i have to re-plug the headset back in. I assume this is a driver issue. For £110 I'd expect far better quality.

Cant do anything about its shape if u have bigger head or smaller there is no customization. Ear cooling and other stats that i put up in omen app thru with i control the headset resets everytime i restart my pc. So everyday i have to go there and set settings anew. And no it doesnt save for some reason u can press save but it doesnt help. Sound is too loud doesnt fit properly around my head cant configure that.
