Internal Harmony Natural Progesterone Cream + with Vitamin E, B6, B12, and 2000IU Vitamin D

This cream is easily absorbed. I like that it is made with bio-compatible hormone sources and the vitamin D and other vitamins are bonus. Unlike other types of hormone replacement/supplements this can be absorbed through the skin instead of pills that have to go through your stomach, kidneys, liver. This does the job topically. Helps me get better sleep, because of the less frequent overheating that happens at night with hormone issues, and helps me feel more even in my mood. It is also better balanced than other products I have tried, because it contains small amounts of estroil, too. I have recommended this product to friends who have mentioned difficulties with the change of life and don't feel confident taking HRT.

I have used this cream twice a day (morning and evening) for a few years now and it definitely helps me with hot flashes and mood-swings from perimenopause. I've gone a few weeks without it once and started to notice the different without using it. Just be sure to rotate the areas you put it on, which are the softest areas of skin (inner thigh, butt cheeks, inner arms). Also, I tend to keep the bottle stored upside down to help reduce the liquidation of lotion as it gets closer to the end. I use this along with the Dreambrands women's vitamins which I also highly recommend.

It’s pretty thin and one pump seems to take a while to absorb and dry.Seems like clean ingredients tho so that’s good!

I originally loved this product so much I put it on a subscription--which I canceled today. The last three bottles I received have the pumper shown in the photo on the right as you are viewing it. This pumper does NOT work properly--on any of the three bottles I received--, that's a 100% failure rate--and does not ensure uniform amounts when I can get the product out. The original pumper, shown on the left, gave uniform product and it worked on every bottle I had prior to the new pumpers being delivered this summer. Horrible new delivery system. It doesn't matter how much I like a product, if I can't use the delivery system and count on it to deliver uniform dosages, it is USELESS. Don't buy, and if you do, don't subscribe because you may get this useless pumper on the right. AND you cannot return it if you do.

I’ve been using this product for a while now and it’s the best one I’ve tried so far. Absorbs quickly, no scent and takes care of my symptoms.However, as you can see from the photos the last one I received had a new/ different dispenser pump that has a tiny hole and is not dose metered which leaves me to guess at how much and I have to pump it a few times to get what I think might be the right amount. Very poor design and I hope they go back to the original pump dispenser. Unfortunately they don’t take returns or I would have sent it back.I would give this product 5 stars if it weren’t for the poorly designed new unmetered pump dispenser.

I have used this for a long time and it contains a great balance of ingredients. The inclusion of maca, which stimulates natural estrogen production is vital and smart. Other vitamins are also powerfully supportive.I had occasion to contact customer service and Chris responded immediately with care, efficiency, and honest, helpful information. I've used other HRT creams in the past, but since I've used Internal Harmony, the results have been consistent, and this is a company who totally understands the value of its customers. This is the third topical hormone replacement I've tried. I didn't notice anything with one, and another made me feel bloated. I can't believe how good I feel on this stuff. It's given me energy and just a general sense of wellbeing.As for symptoms, after using this for two weeks my skin is softer and more supple, my boobs are firmer, and I was able to stop taking Black Cohosh pills for hot flashes. Black Cohosh works wonderfully for me for hot flashes, but it also causes some stomach discomfort. My hope is that these benefits don't wear off and that they extend to bone density too. I'll need a few months to know.

I've been taking this product for about two weeks now. I just thought I'd try it because I'm 55, still menstruating and I thought I probably needed to replenish these hormones. Had no idea, it would affect my mood. Had no idea it would affect my libido. Had no idea I'd be waking up in the morning and singing while getting ready for work. I think I was a highly stung, emotional person before trying this product. It truly "balances." I feel calmer and my thinking is more clear and insightful. My sleep also seems more complete because I remember my dreams. When I dream it feels like my brain is processing things that my conscious mind wants to block during the day. And I just feel more rested. So yes I would concur that this product does work!
