I'm not a big fan of the guns and such, but this base is pretty cool with trap doors and lots of small details to it.  It works well with other legos but also with army guys or however kids want to use it.  It's a good value I think.  My son was skeptical at first because it wasn't lego, but the quality is good and now he loves it once it's done.
