this multivitamin is great overall. it’s chewable, which helps with absorption (my son’s doctor recommended chewables). the taste isn’t amazing, but my son is very picky and he still eats it. one thing to know is that it has iron, and that can cause constipation in kids. if your child has a sensitive stomach or gets constipated easily, be careful

These vitamins are very nice. They are not huge and the nutrient value is great. When you first bite them they taste like candy similar to smarties or sweettarts. Then a mild bitter aftertaste develops. That's because unlike flintstone vitamins, these actually contain bioavailable vitamins and minerals. I don't know what kind of vitamins some of these melodramatic reviewers have been taking but they can't have been very useful ones. My extremely sensitive and picky two year old takes half of one with a meal so she doesn't suffer the profound trauma of the mildly bitter aftertaste and life goes on as normal. I think these vitamins are an excellent value for the price and I am glad I found them. I will continue purchasing them.

My child loves these vitamins he’s very picky. They come in a few flavors so keeps them interesting. I love the quality of this brand and knowing my child is getting extra nutrients for the day. They taste like a tart not to sweet candy.

I like that this vitamin is a chewable and has iron, which was recommended by pediatrician. My kid likes the fun animal shapes and flavors. I wish we could keep using this vitamin, but is constipating for my child. We started with the recommended 2 chewables, then decreased to 1 when she started getting hard poops. We may try again another time, but for now, we won’t be using them. EDIT: we did use them! After we decreased to one vitamin for a while, everything returned to normal, so we finished the bottle. The kid is requesting the animal shape vitamins again, so we will order again. Just go slow with the intro of iron! 💩

These taste great. My kids enjoy them even my picky eater. I even take one too most days. I believe they fill in nutrition gaps for my family to make my kids healthier and keep their immunity up.

I've been on a hunt for non-gummy vitamins for my child. It's been a challenge as she's hated most chewable vitamins I've bought for her, until these! The first days she wasn't sure about them because her past experiences. She tried them and hated them, or at least she said she did. The next day, she asked if she could have them without me asking! She's been taking them for a bit now and says she likes them. She also loves the shapes and says the taste is great too. Definitely will keep buying them.
