I had a problem with the battery, it only lasted a few minutes. I wrote a review regarding this and the company reached out to me to make things right for me. I just recieved a replacement. I have not tried it yet. I changed my review for 5 stars on customer service alone. They are awesome. I wish more companies were like them.

Perfect tool for my project . Compact and battery held charge for a good while. Cutting pvc and plastic lattice with no problem. Iam very pleased with item.

A great tool, works well on all the smaller stuff I intended. The battery lasted about 2 charge cycles. And longer holds a charge or works. Not even 1 month. No luck or info from seller. If you’re looking for a smaller grinder/cutoff wheel, I think they all have about the same power and size, just find one that has a battery that lasts.UPDATE: bought another battery from their store matching the original, it was even worse. Lasted 35 seconds before the battery stopped. Charged it and then I got less than 1 minute of use before it stopped again. It’s a shame because this tool could fit so many needs.

I'm a diesel mechanic I ordered this tool because my compressor is being rebuilt on my truck when first opening the tool I had doubts it would do the job but to my surprise it worked great cut straight through steel bolts I couldn't get off down side I wish the battery lasted longer and I would like to remove the guard around the blade other than that I'm very impressed for the price

This is just the tool for what I bought it for light weight, easy to handle I bought two one for my son we were to use it to sand goats hoofs after trimming didn't last 2 goats don't take long at all to do that be perfect if not for battery

I havent used the cut off wheel yet but the sanding wheel works great! Lithium ion is the way to go..

This is the best bang for your buck and with a great battery.

In case you didn't already know this, these cut off tools are SUPER dangerous. Make sure you wear hand and eye protection when using one. This one in particular feels extra dangerous because it doesn't have a lot of power behind it. It just feels kinda rickety and underpowered compared to some others I've tried. I'm not a huge fan of the way the wheels attach either. You can't change the wheel or tighten it or anything without this little allen wrench, which is tricky and always makes you wonder if it's too tight or not tight enough. You don't want to crack these cut off wheels, so it makes me wish there was a better way to attach them. You're also guaranteed to have the little wrench and the wheels get lost since this doesn't even come with a case. It comes with 3 cut off wheels and one blue abrasive flaps disc. It seems like it should have included a few more wheels, and the lack of a case was a pretty big mistake considering all the small parts.Still, with everything I had to complain about, there is plenty to like about this tool as well. It's definitely priced competitively. It is nice and lightweight and compact. It does work. I tried it out by cutting through a scrap aluminum pipe about 1.5" in diameter. It's not super-duper loud. I might even call it quiet, which is a big plus. If I had spent the money to buy this at full price, however, I know I would have been disappointed. Because of this, I'm only able to rate it at 3 stars.
